LSE ESRC Doctoral Training Partnership Collaborative Studentship

The LSE ESRC Doctoral Training Partnership is pleased to offer a Collaborative Studentship, working in partnership between LSE and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNWRA). UCL Research Excellence Scholarships

UCL’s Research Excellence Scholarship (UCL-RES) is their new prestigious scholarship which aims to attract outstanding scholars to undertake doctoral research at UCL. Applications are closed for this year, but you can register your interest for next year. Open to applicants from any country. Register your interest to get notified.

Scholarships to study in the UK

There are many funding options available for international students who want to study in the UK. They range from part-funding, for example paying part of your fees, to full-funding which covers programme fees, living expenses, and return flights to the UK. You can use the scholarship finder on the British Council website to find the best opportunity for you.

Equity and Merit scholarships at the Global Development Institute

Equity and Merit Scholarships aim to empower young professionals in the Global South to deliver solutions to meet these interlinked goals. The application window for these scholarships will open from 1 to 31 August 2025. Find out more.

Commonwealth Scholarships

The CSC is pleased to launch a new stream of Commonwealth Scholarships for Small Island Developing States to support the aims of the 2024 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. The Small Island Developing States scholarship stream will fund 20 dedicated Master’s Scholarships per year in 2026-27 and 2027-28 to help deliver the aims of CHOGM 2024.  Applications for the Small Island Developing States scholarships will open in September 2025.  More information.
